Technical Skills:
3+ Years of Professional experience in React.JS & Node.JS Development (Expert Level)
Experience in using software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GIT/Bitbucket & Jenkins.
An understanding of Architecture patterns: Microservices, Scaling, Load Balancing
Deep knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks.
Experience with Build Automation, Test-driven development, Configuring CI\CD, Git flow variants,
Experience working in an Agile team (Scrum Preferred)
General awareness of Security, Performance, High-availability and Fault-tolerance Trade-offs
Hands-on experience in developing products in Cloud Environments.
Understanding the fundamentals of Software Design Principles
Soft Skills:
Good command of English Language.
Experience with MySQL profiling and query optimization.
Solid working experience building RESTful APIs.

At least 3+ years of experience in building backend systems preferably in Javascript stack
Strong proficiency with JavaScript
Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it
Must have good understanding of GraphQL
Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
Good understanding of server-side templating languages
Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
Understanding accessibility and security compliance
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
